¡Let's move!
Movement is good for health at any stage of your life. During pregnancy, physical exercise is a great help in relieving musculoskeletal pain, facilitating labor, and preventing and/or helping with certain pregnancy complications (gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, etc.). It also provides benefits for both the mother and the fetus.
At our center, childbirth preparation classes focus on strength, mobility, endurance, and body awareness.
WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

>> Postpartum
TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF TO TAKE CARE OF OTHERS
The postpartum period is a beautiful and difficult time when the baby is the center of your life and you find yourself more tired and without time for yourself.
It’s important to take care of yourself and dedicate time to your well-being, as disconnecting is another way to reconnect.
Recovering the functionality of your abdominal girdle is one of the goals of our postpartum classes, which focus on therapeutic exercises tailored to each individual case.
>> Hypopressive
Hypopressive abdominal exercises are another tool we use at our center for postpartum recovery and for cases of prolapse and incontinence. They combine postural, breathing, and toning exercises to work the abdominal muscles.

>> Therapeutic exercise
Movement is medicine
It’s important to have movement in our lives, and physiotherapy can help by implementing a progression tailored to your needs and the musculoskeletal condition you suffer from.
