Who am I?
I’m Susana Sánchez. a physiotherapist since 1999, and perhaps your confidante from day one.
I started out being the first person to need what I now offer. During my teenage years, pregnancy, postpartum period and journey towards the climacteric stage, my own body became my greatest teacher. Each stage helped me understand that women carry too many things in silence. Things that have a name, that have a solution, and that no one had ever explained to us.
I studied Physiotherapy and specialised in myofascial pain and urogynecology. Later, I completed a Master’s degree in pelvic floor therapy. Then curiosity took me even further: I graduated in Sexology. Because sexual health is part of overall health — full stop.
Since then, this centre has become much more than a clinic. It is a space where people can talk about the things that are not usually spoken about. A place where nobody leaves feeling ashamed, and where knowledge is the main tool.
What defines us
Specialised and accessible care.
High specialisation should never come at the expense of human care. At our centre, you will find the latest treatments in pelvic floor therapy, physiotherapy and sexology, delivered by a team that genuinely listens to you.
We work with advanced technology, including ultrasound, Indiba, laser therapy and neuromodulation. But our starting point is always listening.
Commitment to every stage of a woman’s life.
Your body is not the same at 20, 35 or 50 — and it should not be treated the same way.
We support women through every stage of life: adolescence, pregnancy, postpartum, climacteric and menopause. Because at each of these stages, the pelvic floor faces its own unique challenges. And you deserve care that is tailored to who you are now, not who you used to be.
Men have a pelvic floor too.
Yes. Men too.
Urinary incontinence after a prostatectomy, chronic pelvic pain, erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation are conditions that physiotherapy can help treat. The problem is that nobody has told them in time. We do.
Promoting a fulfilling sexual life.
Sexology is not only here to solve problems. It is here to open conversations that are not usually had in traditional consultations.
We work on desire, sexual dysfunctions, sex education and techniques for reconnecting with your own body. All within a safe, judgement-free space.
Outreach and community.
We believe that informing is a form of prevention. That is why we have spent years taking part in fairs, talks and health events — speaking openly about the pelvic floor and sexuality, so that more and more people can recognise what is happening to them and seek help in time.
We have collaborated with the University of Castilla-La Mancha, Fundación Atenea, Asexórate, Dame Teta, Inspirathoras, MoviEndo-Albacete and training programmes for midwives, among others.
